2 Prepare Y Carriage and V Wheels

Using the drill, drill out the four holes on the underside of the Y carriage [PP-GP0538].

Then take 2x M3x25 SHCS [HD-BT0196] and slide them through two holes on the Y carriage roller support [PP-GP0657]. Make sure the head of the bolt sits inside the cavity on the Y carriage roller support.

Place 1x M3 washer [HD-WA0040] then 1x V-wheel [HD-MS0582] followed another washer on each bolt.

The order should be Y carriage roller support, washer, V-wheel, and washer. Repeat for the other Y carriage roller support.

Drill out the four holes on the underside of the Y carriage
Slide 2x [HD-BT0196] bolts through the Y carriage roller support
Place a washer on each bolt
Place a V-wheel on each bolt
Place a washer one each bolt
Repeat for the second Y carriage roller support

3 Install V Wheel to the Y Carriage

Using one of the Y carriage roller support assembles and align the bolts with two of the holes on the underside of the Y carriage.

Then loosely fasten the bolts to the Y carriage and repeat for the other side.

Place the Y carriage jig over the Y carriage making sure bolt heads are align with the holes in the Y carriage jig.

Then take the other drill that has the hex bit and change the torque setting to 7.

Then tighten the four bolts to secure the V-wheels to the Y carriage, make sure to tighten until the drill torques out.

Using your hand fasten the bolts to the Y carriage
Repeat for the second Y carriage roller support
Place the Y carriage jig over Y carriage
Using a screwdriver align the bolt heads with holes on the Y carriage jig
Change the torque setting to 7 on the drill
Using the drill tighten all four bolts

4 Torque V Wheels

Remove the Y carriage jig and then use the torque screwdriver that says Y carriage on it and torque all four bolts to 22in*lbs.
