1 Single Bearing Intallation

The bearings can be crushed or damaged if not installed correctly.

  • Insert the 10mm rod into the bearing
  • Place bearing/rod assembly on your work surface
  • Push single bearing holder down onto the bearing assembly, snapping it onto the bearing.

If the bearing does not slide freely, adjust the bearing within the bearing holder to make sure that the bearing is fully seated.

2 Double Bearing Installation

  • Slide the bearing into the bearing holder
  • Slide in the other bearing
  • Use the 10 mm rod to ensure that the bearings are aligned.
