1 X End Motor [PP-GP0130]

Gather Materials:
2x- [HD-BT0146] M3x12 BHCS, Black-Oxide
3x- [HD-BU0052] Linear Slide Ball Bearing
2x- [HD-NT0001] M3 Locknut
2x- [HD-WA0038] M3 Washer
1x- [PP-GP0130] X End Motor
2x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide one linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside the bottom side of the middle channel of the X end motor [PP-GP0130] and fully push the ball bearing inside the channel. Then turn the part over so that the two nut traps are showing and place 2x M3 locknuts [HD-NT0001] inside. While holding the two nuts in place flip the part so the front side is facing up and fasten 2x M3x12 BHCS [HD-BT0146] with M3 washers [HD-WA0038] into the two locknuts. Leave a 1-2mm gap down the middle of the part

Now slide a linear ball bearing into one side of the end channel. You may need to use the aluminum punch to fully slide it into the channel. Once its fully seated place a retaining ring [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel. Then flip the part over and repeat of the other side of the channel.

Gather Materials
Slide the linear ball bearing inside the center channel
Place two M3 locknuts inside the nut traps on the backside of the part
Use 2x M3x12 BHCS with M3 washers to secure the ball bearing
Make sure not to over tighten bolts, there should be a gap in the middle of the part
Slide a ball bearing into one side of the end channel
Push it all the way into the channel
Place a retaining ring at the end of the channel

2 X End Idler [PP-GP0131]

Gather Materials:
2x- [HD-BT0146] M3x12 BHCS, Black-Oxide
3x- [HD-BU0052] Linear Slide Ball Bearing
2x- [HD-NT0001] M3 Locknut
2x- [HD-WA0038] M3 Washer
1x- [PP-GP0131] X End Idler
2x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide one linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside the bottom side of the middle channel of the X end idler [PP-GP0131] and fully push the ball bearing inside the channel. Then turn the part over so that the two nut traps are showing and place 2x M3 locknuts [HD-NT0001] inside. While holding the two nuts in place, flip the part so the front side is facing up and fasten 2x M3x12 BHCS [HD-BT0146] with M3 washers [HD-WA0038] into the two locknuts. Leave a 1-2mm gap down the middle of the part

Now slide a linear ball bearing into one side of the end channel. You may need to use the aluminum punch to fully slide it into the channel. Once its fully seated place a retaining ring [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel. Then flip the part over and repeat of the other side of the channel.

3 Double Bearing Holder [PP-GP0133]

Gather Materials:
2x- [HD-BT0052] Linear Ball Bearing
1x- [PP-GP0133] Double Bearing Holder
2x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide a linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside one end of the channel on the double bearing holder [PP-GP133]. Fully push the bearing into the channel and place a retaining clip [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel.

Flip the part over so the other end of the channel is facing up and repeat the process.

Gather Materials
Slide a linear ball bearing into the double bearing holder
Fully push the ball bearing into the channel
Place retaining clip at the end of the channel and repeat steps for the other side

4 Single Bearing Holder [PP-GP0134]

Gather Materials:
1x- [HD-BU0052] Linear Slide Ball Bearing
1x- [PP-GP0134] Single Bearing Holder
1x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide a linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside the channel on the single bearing holder [PP-GP134] starting from the middle of the part not the end. Then fully push the bearing into the channel and place a retaining clip [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel.

Gather Materials
Slide a linear ball bearing into the single bearing holder
Place a retaining clip at the end of the channel

5 X Axis Single Bearing Holder [PP-GP0135]

Gather Materials:
1x- [HD-BU0052] Linear Slide Ball Bearing
1x- [PP-GP0135] X Axis Single Bearing Holder
1x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide a linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside the end of the channel on the X axis single bearing holder [PP-GP135]. Then fully push the bearing into the channel and place a retaining clip [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel.

Gather Materials
Slide a linear ball bearing into the X axis single bearing holder
Fully push the ball bearing into the channel
Place a retaining clip at the end of the channel

6 X Carriage [PP-GP0489]

Gather Materials:
2x- [HD-BU0052] Linear Slide Ball Bearing
1x- [PP-GP0489] X Carriage
2x- [PP-GP0334] Retaining Ring

Slide a linear ball bearing [HD-BU0052] inside one end of the channel on the X carriage [PP-GP489]. Fully push the bearing into the channel and place a retaining clip [PP-GP0334] at the end of the channel.

Flip the part over so the other end of the channel is facing up and repeat the process.

Gather Materials
Slide a linear ball bearing into the X carriage
Once the ball bearing is fully inside the channel place a retaining ring
Repeat the process with the other side of the channel
Then place a retaining ring at the end of the channel
