1 Gather Material

1x- [DC-LB0095] LulzBot Logo Sticker, 3 - Inch
1x- [EL-CA0030] North American - 6ft 18AWG Power Cord Cable
1x- [EL-CA0063] 6ft Tripp Lite - USB 2.0 A/B Gold Device Cable
1x- [EL-MS0578] OEM SD Card 8GB
1x- [SH-PG0031] 2 x 3" No Print Reclosable Static Shielding Bags 1x- [SH-PG0083] 9 x 12" 8 Mil Reclosable Bag

For 1.75 Documentation Bags

1x- [RM-PL0290] 50g Sample Coil, 3D-Fuel Standard PLA, LulzBot Green, 1.75mm Filament
1x- [RM-PL0344] PolyLite PLA Sample 50g 1.75mm

For 2.85 Documentation Bags

1x- [RM-PL0299] PolyLite PLA Sample 50g 2.85mm
1x- [RM-PL0305] 50g Sample Coil, 3D-Fuel Standard PLA, LulzBot Green, 2.85mm Filament

Gather Materials

2 Add Warranty Form and Electrical Cords

For Both (2.85 & 1.75) Documentation Bags

Place the Warranty Registration Form inside the 9"x12" reclosable bag [SH-PG0031]

Then place the 6ft Tripp Lite - USB 2.0 A/B Cable [EL-CA0063] and North American - 6ft 18AWG Power Cord Cable [EL-CA0030] on top of the warranty form inside the bag.

Start sliding the warranty form inside bag
Place form full inside the bag
Set the USB cable on top of the warranty form inside the bag
Place the power cable next to the usb cable

3 Add 2.85 or 1.75 Filament

For 2.85 Documentation Bags

Place the PolyLite PLA 1.75 Filament sample [RM-PL0344] on top of the cables.
Note: make sure the sticker on the PolyLite sample is on top

Place the 3D-Fuel PLA 1.75 Filament sample [RM-PL0290] inside the bag on top of the PolyLite sample. Note: make sure the sticker on the PolyLite sample is visible

For the 1.75 Documentation Bags

Place the PolyLite PLA 2.85 Filament sample [RM-PL0299] on top of the cables.
Note: make sure the sticker on the PolyLite sample is on top

Place the 3D-Fuel PLA 2.85 Filament sample [RM-PL0305] inside the bag on top of the PolyLite sample. Note: make sure the sticker on the PolyLite sample is visible

Photos show 2.85 Filament, follow the same process for the 1.75 documentation bags but replace the filament with 1.75mm samples

Place the PolyLite inside bag on top the wire with the sticker facing up
Place the 3D-Fuel sample inside the bag on top of the PolyLite sample making sure not to cover the sticker

4 Add SD Card and Lulzbot Sticker
