Guides for installation and assembly of the LulzBot line of products made by FAME 3D LLC.

Using 2x M3x16 SHCS [HD-BT0185] and 2x M3 nuts [HD-NT0001] mount one of the fans that are apart of the case fan harness [AS-CB0121] to the control box case [PP-GP0548].
Note: Make sure the sticker is against the wall and the fan wires are pointing towards the front of the control box.
Then repeat for the second fan making sure the wires are pointing downward.
Cut the top of the anti-static bag that the Einsy retro board [PC-AS0054] is inside and then take the board out of the bag
Place the USB support [PP-GP0247] over the USB port on the Einsy retro board.
Using 3x M3x6 SHCS [HD-BT0045] mount the Einsy retro board to the control box case.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN this can lead to cracking the board
Note: make sure the fan wires are on the outside of the mounting pillars
Take the flexy control box square grommet [PP-GP0539] and fold it in half then in half again, then place it inside of the square hole on the control box case. [reference#1]
Then using 2x M3x12 SHCS [HD-BT0039] mount the control box hinge to the side of the control box case.
