Gather Materials

2 Pack the Collection Cup

Unscrew the lid on the urine specimen collection cup [HD-MD0034] and set the lid a side until the collection cup is packed.

Start by placing the KIMAX crystallizing dish [HD-MD0038] inside the collection cup.

Then take a segment of blue packing tape that is long enough to wrap around the Celltreat petri dish [HD-MD0045]. Then wrap the tape around the petri dish to secure the cover to the base and place it inside the collection cup.

Open the 2x3" mil reclosable bag [SH-PG0001] and place 2x Cole-Parmer female Luer x female Luer adapter [HD-MD0043] and 2x Cole-Parmer Luer accessory, male Luer adapter [HD-MD0044] inside the bag and close it. Once all four Luer adapters are inside the bag place it inside the collection cup.

Then close the collection cup to keep all of the materials inside.

Remove the lid on the collection cup
Place the KIMAX crystallizing dish inside the collection cup
Take a segment of blue packing tape and place it on the lid of the Celltreat petri dish
Wrap the tape around the Celltreat petri dish to secure the lid
Then place the Celltreat petri dish inside the collection cup
Open the reclosable bag and place the Luer adapters inside
Close the bag and place it inside the collection cup
Thread the lid back onto the collection cup

3 Pack the Tools

Open the Bio tool kit bag [TL-MS0691] and set it on the table.

Start by setting the 13 pc hex key wrench set [TL-HD0468] inside the tool kit bag. Lay it down so that is sits flat on the bottom.

Then take the SST pocket rule [TL-HD0008] and the SST lab spoon spatula [HD-MD0049] and place them both inside the tool kit bag next to the wrench set.

Place the SST lab spoon spatula inside the tool bag

4 Pack the Dispensing Tips

Place both dispensing needle packs inside the tool kit bag. Make sure the dispensing needle 30GA [HD-MS0020] and the dispensing needle 25GA [HD-MS0024] are sitting side by side on top of the tools.

5 Pack the Containers and Syringes

Take the previously packed collection cup and place it inside the tool bag. Then take both syringes, hypodermic, Luer lock [HD-MD0028] and place them inside the tool bag and tuck them to the side.

Then take the Bio thumb screw accessory kit [AS-PK0044] and place it inside the tool kit.

Now remove a segment of blue packing tape and place it on the lid of the 35mm Dia petri dish [HD-MD0003] and then wrap the tape around the petri dish to secure the lid to the base.

Then place the taped petri dish inside the tool bag.

Lay both syringes inside the tool bag and tuck them to the side
Place the bio thumb screw accessory kit inside the tool kit bag
Take a segment of blue packing tape and place it over the 35mm Dia petri dish
Wrap the tape around the petri dish
Place the petri dish inside the tool bag

6 Pack the Grease and Calcium Chloride

Place the Dow Corning high vacuum grease lubricant [HD-MD0035] inside the tool bag. Then take the laboratory-grade Anhydrous Calcium Chloride [HD-MD0048] and place it inside the tool bag.

7 Pack the Transfer Pipette, Sodium Alginate, and the SD Card

Place the plastic transfer pipette [TL-MS0304] inside the tool bag. Then take the sodium alginate 50g [HD-MD0025] and place it inside the tool bag by sliding it along the side of the bag.

Then take the OEM SD card 8GB [EL-MS0578] that's inside the no print reclosable static shielding bag [SH-PG0031] and place it inside the bag resting on the top.

Place the transfer pipette inside the tool bag
Slide the sodium alginate along the side of the tool bag
Place the SD card with static shielding bag inside the tool kit

8 Close the Tool Kit

The only items that won't fit in the tool bag are 2.5mL gastight syringe [HD-MD0001], FRESH LifeSupport [HD-MD0023], and the reclosable bag [SH-PG0003] containing the following printed parts:

  • 2x [PP-GP0610] 2.5mL Syringe Clamp
  • 2x [PP-GP0611] 2.5mL Syringe Collar
  • 2x [PP-GP0612] 5mL Syringe Clamp
  • 2x [PP-GP0613] 5mL Syringe Collar
  • 2x [PP-GP0614] 10mL Syringe Clamp
  • 2x [PP-GP0615] 10mL Syringe Collar
